I swear I had a doll with this same dress in 1979.
The same drape of the bodice with the cinched smocked waist and ruffle flounce..I think it was strapless though. I remember it.

The fabric is a wonderful peach crepe with a medium weight…reminds me of a cold rayon..that weight.
Cream scalloped lace with teeny rosettes trim the edges.
Peach satin ribbon details and waist tie.
Eyelet lace panel at the bust..looks like old whitework embroidery.
Ruffle flounce and elastic at the top edge.
Satin ribbon trimmed straps.
Elastic smocked waist.
Maxi length skirt with a pretty bottom ruffle.
Unlined.
Excellent condition. Some faint marks near the bottom hem.
