Double layer full maxi length skirt with pretty bottom ruffle..
The over skirt is all sheer with a single hook in the back to raise it up into a cascading bustle..
It can also be worn down in the back..
The underskirt is made of acetate with a double panel of chiffon in the back to add to the fullness when the bustle is raised..
