1950’s vintage..no tags or labels..
A lovely silvery white satin..medium weight with a wonderful feel to it..there’s a signature on the selvedge edge..
The most enchanting cut..
Tailored bodice with a pointed bust and plunging v neckline..
Beautiful ivory lace overlay extends from the shoulders down the front of the bodice..
Amazing batwing collar..also overlaid with lace..
I like it flipped up but it can be laid down flat..
Long slim sleeves with pointed cuffs and satin covered bridal buttons..
Pointed piping detail at the waist..
Full maxi length skirt with a huge cathedral train..
The skirt has 3 dramatic triangle panels of lace overlays..

40 satin covered bridal buttons down the back..

Excellent condition..has some surface marks on the satin..there is a faint waterline at the underarm from perspiration..the ivory lace has some aged color in some areas..I have not laundered this dress but suspect all or most of the spots will come out..
