Truly the most beautiful 1950’s vintage gown!
No labels on this one, other than a union tag..
I’d love to know who made this beauty!
It’s made of petal pink silk..
The tailored bodice has a sweetheart bust and the most beautiful ruched details..
There is boning in the bodice for added support..
The waist is fitted for a perfect silhouette..
Accented with 3 huge satin bows at the sides of the hip and back..
This skirt is incredible!
2 layers of pink tulle all the way to the floor..
The sweep is so full! I used my biggest bridal petticoat under and it could have taken even more..
The underskirt is a soft pink satin..
The back of the skirt has 7 tiers of ruffled tulle net..
All with a huge sweep!
Zips up the back with a metal zipper..
Such an amazing dress, a treasure!

Excellent condition..this dress is from the 1950’s and does show a few imperfections..I see a few small holes at the bottom tulle layer..the dress was taken in on the sides and then let back out again leaving some small pinholes from the removed stitches..the lining has some repairs from where the alteration was done..I have not laundered this dress, I just don’t think it needs it..
