A very rare dress by Rumak..
So gorgeous!
1970’s vintage..
This is the first Rumak I’ve had in my hands
and it really is something special.
The fabric is extraordinary..
That liquid satin..
The color of a red tide..
A rich rust orange..
Pinstripe panels of white and lace overlay on that dramatic button down bodice..
Creates a flattened bust on me..
I think it would for a smaller bust better.
Sheer chiffon puff sleeves with ruffled button cuffs..
Nipped waist with double satin ribbon ties..
Full sweep maxi length skirt.
Unlined..
Very good condition but has a bunch of pinholes on the satin skirt and some stains on the satin ribbon..snag on the the chiffon sleeve..some seam stress..maybe could be mended up but I left it as found..valuable as a collectors piece.
