The front bodice panel and sleeves are ivory cotton..the bust and sleeves are trimmed with ivory crochet..
Puff shoulders and sleeves with gathered elastic cuffs..
Full maxi length skirt with gorgeous double layer bottom ruffles…
Made of amazing patchwork print calico…
Plaids and florals and polka dots…
